COVID art and humor

Some of this is happy. Some of it’s sad. Some of it’s angry. A lot of it is beautiful. And beauty is not always happy. Sometimes it’s powerful or moving or poignant.

Art is part of how we deal with our feelings.

If we’re not making it, we’re absorbing it.

How many hours of Tiger King have you binged? You don’t think that’s art? Well, the people who filmed and edited it and who asked the right questions, they would disagree.

So, here’s some art in response to the pandemic, made by people coping with the virus that I hope makes you think and/or smile.

There’s a whole series of these nesting dolls in masks in Evgeni’s photography at Unsplash, here.

 Art to make you think.
